T3/DS3 Connection - Is a line with a connection speed of 45 mbps . This is a dedicated line for 100+ users and/or high bandwidth application. T3/DS3 connections can be used for point-to-point access.

A T3 (sometimes referred to as a DS3) is a high-capacity telephone line handling 672 voice or data channels simultaneously and capable of transferring data at very high speeds, great enough to provide full-screen full-motion video. These are leased private dedicated lines that go directly from your office to an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
A T3 / DS3 connection is equivalent to 28 T1’s.

Burstable T3: Burstable T3 is a dedicated point-to-point circuit from a customer's premises to an Internet hub. It is billed in tiers of 1.5 Mbps increments from 6 Mbps to 45 Mbps. This is a digital leased line with a connection speed of 45 Mbps. You will always have the full T3 bandwidth available that is unshared and non-fractional.
